Celebrating the #tinywin – a small but meaningful thing we do to be happier and healthier every day – and translating it to a #bigwin is the conceptual approach we took in a two-week Facebook contest for Crystal Light, a low-calorie beverage mix that comes in multiple flavors.
It was a simple but incredibly effective idea that built on the U.S. execution of #tinywin. Members of the Crystal Light Facebook page were urged to enter their own daily #tinywin in order to be entered into the contest – winners were chosen every day for a prize pack and a one-year supply of Crystal Light. Participants were also given the option of downloading a coupon upon sharing their entry on Facebook. A favorite #tinywin was picked daily and a custom graphic was created and shared with the Crystal Light Facebook community.
For a previously dormant Facebook page, the results were phenomenal and ongoing engagement on the page is strong.
